These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and Giovanni Mantovani, operating Raddel as a private individual, governing your use of the Raddel web application and Telegram Mini App (together, the Service). You accept them explicitly — at the country gate on first use or when registering — and by continuing to use the Service you confirm that acceptance. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided by Giovanni Mantovani, operating Raddel as a private individual, reachable at support@raddel.com. A postal or business address is not yet published; contact us by email in the meantime.
Raddel is a deal-discovery service that aggregates discounted products from multiple third-party marketplaces and presents them as a swipeable feed with links to the sellers. Raddel is not a marketplace or retailer: we do not sell products, we never process payments, we take no title to any product, and we are not a party to any purchase you make on a marketplace.
Raddel is free of monetary charge. The Service is funded by affiliate commissions we earn when you open a marketplace link (Amazon, AliExpress, and others) and make a qualifying purchase, at no additional cost to you. In using the Service you also provide certain personal data, which we process only as described in our Privacy Policy; where the law treats such data as the counter-performance for a digital service, the corresponding consumer rights apply to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, on every registration path; we ask you at signup to confirm that you meet that age, and refuse registration without that confirmation. If the age of legal majority where you live is higher than 18, you may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf where applicable law requires it.
You may browse deals without registering: an anonymous session is created automatically on your first visit, with no personal information required, and allows a limited lifetime number of swipes (currently five) before asking you to register. A registered account is created with an email address and password or with Google sign-in, together with your confirmation that you meet the minimum registration age, your country and your language. Opening Raddel inside Telegram converts your anonymous session in place after we validate Telegram's signed launch data; we receive only your numeric Telegram identifiers, never your name, username or photo. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account; notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
When using the Service you agree not to: use it for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms; attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts or our systems; interfere with or disrupt the Service, including through scraping, bots or excessive automated requests; reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service except as permitted by law; impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation; or use the Service to transmit malware or harmful code. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of this section.
Deal information — prices, availability, descriptions, images — is sourced from third-party marketplaces; we do our best to keep it current but do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness or availability, and offers may change or expire before you complete a purchase. Many links are affiliate links (to marketplaces such as Amazon and AliExpress, and via our affiliate partner Cuelinks for the Indian market), and we may earn a commission if you make a qualifying purchase after following one, at no additional cost to you. Once you leave Raddel, the marketplace's own terms and privacy policy govern everything that follows — the transaction, payment, shipping, returns and any data it collects. We do not control and are not responsible for the products, services or conduct of any marketplace or seller.
The Service — its design, branding and underlying software, excluding third-party content and marketplace listings — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. Product images, descriptions and trademarks shown from third-party marketplaces remain the property of their respective owners.
Some content sources presented in Raddel require you to confirm that you meet a minimum age (18). When you confirm your age, you acknowledge and agree that: (a) the statement you provide is a self-declaration made under your own responsibility; (b) you are responsible for its truthfulness; (c) Raddel relies on it in good faith and does not independently verify your age except where required by applicable law; (d) providing a false confirmation may breach these Terms and applicable laws in your jurisdiction; (e) you may delete your account at any time via the Settings page, which deletes your declarations as described in our Privacy Policy.
Raddel is a web application designed for mobile devices and usable from any up-to-date modern browser; no installation is required. It can also be used inside Telegram as a Mini App. Optional push notifications depend on your browser's support and on your permission. The Service requires an internet connection, and content is offered in the languages and countries listed in the app.
The Service can send you messages over the channels available to your account — web push, Telegram or email. The waiting-list email announcing that Raddel has opened in your country is sent only if you asked for it at registration, and the optional deal reminders only if you turn them on in Settings. Every channel can be disabled individually in Settings at any time; disabling one affects nothing else about your account.
These Terms apply for as long as you use the Service and are not limited in duration. You can stop using Raddel and delete your account at any time from the Settings page, free of charge and with immediate effect. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you additionally have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of creating an account, without giving any reason, by sending an unequivocal statement to the contact address below; deleting your account within that period has the same effect.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY DEAL INFORMATION IS ACCURATE OR CURRENT. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR TRANSACTIONS WITH ANY THIRD-PARTY MARKETPLACE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY TRANSACTION WITH A THIRD-PARTY MARKETPLACE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, INCLUDING MANDATORY CONSUMER PROTECTIONS IN THE EU, INDIA OR US STATES.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page.
These Terms are governed by Italian law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Italian courts of the provider's place of residence. If you are a consumer, you always keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live and the right to bring or face proceedings in that country's courts. For out-of-court resolution, you may also address the consumer dispute-resolution bodies competent in your country of residence.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service and replace any prior agreement on the same subject. If a provision is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect and the provision is read to reflect its original intent as closely as possible; not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as infrastructure outages or acts of government. By using the Service you consent to receive communications from us electronically — in-app, by email, by push notification or on Telegram — and agree that they satisfy any requirement that a communication be in writing.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top and, where the law requires, give additional notice; a material revision may also ask you to accept the Terms again. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
